Nikki Malcom, CEO & Executive Director of the Pacific Northwest Aerospace Alliance,

Nikki Malcom serves as the CEO & Executive Director of the Pacific Northwest Aerospace Alliance. With a 24-year career in aerospace in roles in supply chain, business development, and leadership, Nikki has made contributions towards advancing materials, manufacturing, and testing within the aerospace industry. Nikki enjoys golf, aviation (where she is actively working toward becoming a pilot), snowboarding, and advocating for STEM education for kids.

Priyansha Bagaria, CEO & Founder of Loopr AI

Priyansha is the Founder and CEO of Loopr, where she is building AI applications to help manufacturing companies improve their quality control processes. Priyansha grew up in a family manufacturing business where she honed her sales & business skills and later served in different leadership roles across enterprises and startups. She is passionate about technology, women-empowerment and deeply values relationships.

Chelsea Olson, Electrical Design Engineer at Stoke Space

With over a decade of experience in electrical design and testing at Boeing, Blue Origin, and Amazon Prime Air, Chelsea currently designs avionics for Stoke Space. Her work with Amazon Physical Stores has led to two patent applications, and her hardware has been deployed widely in Just Walk Out stores throughout the US and Europe. She has her B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering with Honors from the UW. Chelsea is a recognized leader with the Museum of Flight and is the current chair of the Museum’s Future Leaders Team.

Moderated by Katherine Jerald, Executive Recruiter at Elray Search, specializing in Aerospace and Defense.

 Katherine’s journey in recruiting kicked off at 12 years old, when she found herself scanning resumes in her father’s search firm. After her Bachelors and MBA, Katherine rejoined her father’s firm and became focused on defense, satellite, and aerospace tech. Katherine is now the powerhouse behind Elray Search, connecting exceptional talent with middle-market defense companies. Elray Search is on a mission for diversity, placing an awesome 50% of women in executive roles. Katherine is also the host of “Mission Critical: Defense Recruiting” podcast.

Special Opening Remarks by Representative Alex Ybarra, Washington’s 13th Legislative District: Representative Ybarra started his career as a Rocket Scientist and Engineer turned public servant and will open the event with words of encouragement, further igniting the spark of inspiration among attendees.
