Local Expert sessions are a chance for our IC leadership community members to get advice and insight from local experts. The topics vary and can be both business and life oriented. We gather for an hour in the evening on the fourth Tuesday of every month as a local expert shares their time with us to answer questions, share why what they do is important, and give tips about areas you may not have considered before.

Amy Donaldson is a sales and leadership coach with Southwestern Consulting. She teaches all over the country and specializes in teaching people how to identify which personality type their lead is, so that they can effectively shape their pitch and sales process to that person to have the highest chance of closing. This helps business owners across all industries really hone in on how to sell to people the way THEY individually like to buy, rather than treating everyone with the same blanket approach and leaving possible clients or sales on the table, whether that’s a customer, investor, partner, employee, or anyone else!
