Speaker Bios:

Burke Norton is Vice President of Infinetix Corporation. Burke joined Infinetix in 2001 as a firmware engineer after working for several Spokane-based startups. He has 39 years of experience working in product development, many of which have been focused on medical devices and radio communication networks for the utilities industry. Burke has a BS in Physics from Whitworth University and a MS in Computer Science from WSU.

Andy Johnston, P.E. is the principal mechanical engineer of Johnston Engineering. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in Washington State with 20 years of product development and mechanical engineering design and analysis expertise. Andy has experience in a wide range of industries including biotechnology, energy storage, renewable energy, consumer products, military and aerospace electronics cooling, medical dental, dental devices, nuclear and sports equipment. Andy is an adjunct instructor of mechanical engineering at Gonzaga University, Board member for EWUs mechanical engineering Industrial Advisory Board, board member of the Evergreen Bioscience Innovation Cluster and self-proclaimed cheerleader for Spokane, WA.
