WSU researcher and HaRT3S startup co-founder, Susan Collins, continues identify benefits for harm reduction. This time her research focuses on populations experiencing homelessness. Learn more about HaRT3S and their available training for counselors and clinicians, clinical practices, health care systems, state and community-based agencies. Training is a web-based, 3 part training series with a bimonthly consultation session. In the training series, we will discuss, demonstrate and role play the practice of HaRT in clinical and community-based applications.
