The One Page Business Plan

April 5 @ 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm PDT

Are you starting a business or an existing business preparing for a business loan? Use this class to take the first step. Register Now!

Starting a business can a complex and expensive endeavor. One way to control your startup/operating expenses and streamline processes is to use proven tools to help test your idea.

In one afternoon, we will lead you through the Business Model Canvas to write your one page business plan. This first step helps you to consider 9 areas of business planning so you can put your thoughts on paper, dive into why your customers value your business, and how expenses and revenues flow through through your business.

After finishing this workshop, you will have a completed Business Model Canvas and ready to put the details into your plan! Following this workshop will be Accounting Basics and Cash Flow planning, all vital areas when seeking to start a business or qualify for a business loan. Watch the short video from Strategyzer to learn more about the business model canvas.
