What are you becoming?

Join us for our quarterly Story Summit to hear from world-class leaders who join our IC nerd tribe for a weekend together. From cocktail party, to “show and tell”, to hearing life lessons from legends – Story Summits are for anyone ready to launch their new you.

We do Story Summits to gather the tribe and create an opportunity for each of us to take a few extra hours to pause and “audit” our lives. We want to be a community that gathers to ask and explore the hard questions like, “How am I treating the people closest to me?” “Am I really giving my best self to my work?” “Is it time for me to embark on my next growth phase in life?”, and many more critical questions we often avoid.

Over the day and a half, we’ll also have an energizing activity together, a collaborative project, and share our personal intents of growth for our next quarter with the group over an intimate dinner ceremony.
