MATTER Lunch & Learn: Part 2: Fundraising in the Neuro Space

August 31 @ 11:00 am - 12:30 pm PDT

Join NTX Services in part two of a two-part lunch and learn series to hear how to fundraise in the neurotechnology industry.

This is part two of a two-part series. You can register for part one here.

In this lunch and learn, NTX Services will walk through their three-part approach to support companies in the context of fundraising:

  1. Preparing a data room e.g. (pitch deck, financial forecast and modeling, other company information)
  2. Finding investors
  3. Preparing for investor discussions

Join this lunch and learn to learn how to:

  • Understand the type of documentation investors will like to see in your data room
  • Recognize when you are “ready” to start raising funds
  • Identify and approach the right investors
  • Leverage your network to make meaningful investor connections
  • Understand how to prepare for discussions with investors and develop the right hard and soft skills

As NTX Services covers their approach to fundraising, their experience is that companies will likely have several questions unique to their own business model and strategy. While NTX Services will keep some time for questions at the end of the session, they will be happy to follow up with companies individually after the session.
