Meet the speakers:

Arry Yu, Chair, Cascadia Blockchain Council

Strategic operator with expertise in scaling businesses with a consistent track record building high performing businesses and teams. Co-founder of the Cascadia Blockchain Council with the WTIA, who also recently raised over $32 million dollars in an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) in 2017. Arry is a podcaster with Windshield Time Studio, innovator, and speaker/writer as seen in: Forbes, CNN Money, Huffington Post, U.S. News & World Report, Puget Sound Business Journal, Geekwire, Retailing Today, Seattle Times, and more. She advises/mentors with Ready Set Raise with the Female Founders Alliance, is an Executive Mentor with GroundWork and other accelerators, and is an investor in Tenta Browser, Stow-it, tZERO, and Ikigai. She also personally takes on special consulting projects on the side in marketing and PR for clients.

Will Little, Founder and Managing Director, Prota Ventures

Will Little is a founder and Managing Director at Prota Ventures, an early stage venture capital and startup incubation group that promotes human flourishing by investing holistically in entrepreneurs. He is also a founding board member of Impact Stream, a new NGO that facilitates transparent, on-chain impact between Web3 communities and IRL communities. Will received his Ph.D. in bioengineering from ETH Zurich, has started multiple technology companies, and has been investing heavily in Web3 since early 2017.

Dave Winters, Icicle Enterprises

Dave Winters is a versatile professional with a diverse background in finance, the wine industry, and crypto. As a past Financial Consultant for prominent firms such as Smith Barney and Wells Fargo, he provided expert financial advice and management. Dave’s contributions to the wine industry included managing tasting rooms and serving as the Program Director of the Global Wine Studies Program at Central Washington University. He is also the creator of the Leavenworth Blues Festival and Dancin’ Dog Marketing. An early adopter of cryptocurrencies, Dave has been actively involved in mining digital tokens, providing crypto education, and participating in various blockchain projects.
