During the third week of October, you’ll have the chance to refresh your perspective on whole life wellness during our educational panel discussion covering a variety of health related topics, and try something new at any of the hands on activities happening throughout our experience day.

Following the educational panel discussion that took place on Tuesday, October 17th which started a conversation about finding balance and practicing mind, body, and spiritual wellbeing, a variety of local downtown businesses and health providers are opening their doors and giving their time to allow you and other busy professionals to come experience their wellness activities for FREE!
