A Week of Wellness for the Busy Professional: Educational Panel Discussion

October 17 @ 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm PDT

Free
Life is busy and work is important, so where’s the balance? Join other movers & shakers for a week of wellness and reprioritize ALL of you.

Summer has ended and life is back to busy routines, jam packed schedules, and juggling everything except sometimes our own wellbeing. As professionals, parents, students, creators, builders, and everything in between – are we able to truly prioritize mind, body, and spiritual wellness? How can we give our energy to the work we want to bring into the world if we’re not our best selves first?

Make time in your calendar and step out of your comfort zone alongside other movers & shakers reclaiming balance again by joining us for a FREE week of wellness brought to you by local experts and health providers. During the third week of October, you’ll have the chance to refresh your perspective on whole life wellness during our educational panel discussion covering a variety of health related topics, and try something new at any of the hands on activities happening throughout our experience day.

During this panel discussion, attendees will have the chance to hear insights regarding a range of different health topics from 5 local experts in their fields. Wellness looks different for everyone, and these guest speakers will share their take on areas that they’ve found benefits in personally and with others throughout the community, while answering questions and sharing an important dialogue about the complex systems that are our minds, bodies, and spirits and how we can care for them. Featured speakers and their area of expertise are:

  • Craig Blanchette, Founder of Crave Optimal Health – What makes change stick, using two tools he calls “Stop, Challenge, Choose” and “Structural Tension”
  • Heather Gallegos, General Manager of Heat Praxia – Sharing the proven science behind and benefits of Contrast Hydrotherapy
  • Brittney Oliver Baker, Lead Coach Educator at Holistic Wellness Coaching Academy – Speaking on the Gut-Brain Connection and its effects on mental health
  • Asa Santiago, Owner of Gut Goals Expert Health Coaching – Sharing his approach to Functional Nutrition through the power of elimination and fasting
  • Natalie Gauvin, Yoga and Meditation Expert – Teaching us the power of breathwork and meditation

This discussion will leave you with a curiosity to discover what brings YOU closer to a balanced wellbeing and eager to refresh, realign, and reconnect with your best self. Free to anyone, doors open at 5:30PM and the speakers will begin sharing at 6:00PM.
